Booking

Our company doesnt give a rent reservation for the term less than 4 nights, you can contact us before your arrival or on your arrival in Kiev and receive information about vacant apartments. If your term of rent includes more than 3 nights, you can reserve any apartment in case it hadnt reserved earlier. It is necessary to pay in advance for the first day of residence in the apartment. The advance payment is included in the cost of residence. The advance payment can be carried out by means of

Canceling of the reservation

In case you could not arrive to the stipulated date, the advance payment wouldnt come back for the first day of the rent. If your arrival was changed, the advance payment wouldnt come back, so you would need to make a new reservation (on another date) and to send an advance payment once again. Your advance payment is a guarantee of your arrival, therefore we hold an apartment for you, refusing to other clients.
